Replace Foam With Engineered Card Fitments

Foam looks neat, but it sheds microplastics and is hard to recycle. We design die cut card fitments that lock each product by shape, height and weight, so they survive shipping and still present beautifully. Single wall, micro flute or solid board, always sized off real products for a snug, rattle free hold.

We use FSC-certified boards, plastic-free windows, and compostable coatings. Our inks are water-based, and everything is designed for recyclability – without sacrificing finish or quality.

How do I get a sample?
We start with CAD design and a plain prototype. If you need a printed sample, we can provide that too for an additional cost.

Typically 3–4 weeks from design sign-off, as all production is handled here in the UK.
